Business Process Lead Job Summary
The Business Process Lead role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to identify improvement areas, develop strategies, and implement solutions that boost operational performance. A core focus is on standardizing continuous improvement methods in planning and supply network operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing projects and drive change management.
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create process documentation, maps, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops and training for stakeholders on CI methodologies.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive global alignment.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, management, operations, or a related field is required with at least 2 years experience in continuous improvement implementation. Advanced CI certifications are preferred along with strong project management skills and proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio and BI, and analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, or R.
