Contract Administration Specialist
Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a motivated Contract Administration Specialist to join their team. This role offers flexibility with a Choice-Based Working model, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, with access to Regus offices nationwide and occasional travel as needed.

About the Role
As a Contract Administration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate validation of contracts, billing, and query resolution for all customer accounts. You will provide guidance and support to outsourced operations and key stakeholders, ensuring the department adheres to all compliance, risk, and control obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately complete all billing on allocated accounts within month invoice due dates, obtaining necessary data and meeting bespoke requirements to facilitate timely payment.
- Validate existing and new contracts and billing setups on allocated accounts.
- Ensure accurate investigation and resolution of allocated queries within business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively engage with key customer contacts on allocated accounts to remove barriers and resolve issues preventing prompt invoice payment.
- Collaborate with Contract Administration Specialists and the outsourced provider to ensure timely completion of specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing data and escalating work items outside of Service Levels.
- Act as a review and escalation point for critical Contract Administration exceptions from the outsourced provider and internal stakeholders, representing Contract Administration in key projects and business changes.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Contract Administration audit, compliance, and J-SOX checks, taking remedial action as required.
- Support in identifying the root cause of issues.
