  • Regulatory Excellence: Help us stay ahead of the curve by monitoring controls in line with DORA and EBA guidelines, ensuring we remain a trusted, regulated institution.
  • Portfolio Management: Keep our central contract register audit-ready and structured, giving management a clear overview of our external dependencies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the bank to drive vendor-related processes forward.

Who We Are

With the latest technology and an out-of-the-box mindset, we are building the future role model for business banking. As a neobank, we’ve built our platform from scratch – completely independent of existing structures and processes – and we aim to deliver services and products that make life much easier for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe.

Since opening our doors in August 2021, we have grown by leaps and bounds. With traction in Denmark, Germany, and Spain, we are now considered one of the leading fintechs in the Nordics. In 2024, kompasbank was ranked as #2 on the Sifted 250, a leaderboard highlighting the fastest-growing companies in Europe based on revenue growth.
