The AI Enablement Lead is crucial in bridging Mavens' strategic ambitions with the practical application of AI. This role involves embedding into team workflows to understand challenges and opportunities, then building and deploying AI solutions that create organizational-wide impact. The goal is to drive AI adoption, build internal capabilities, and transform Mavens into an AI-first business unit.

• Every team at Mavens has over 80% of their work automated or accelerated with AI.
• Strong and equitable adoption rates across all AI tools.
• Proven AI workflows handed off to the Head of Quality and embedded in delivery standards.
• Clearly recognizable productivity and quality gains attributable to AI implementation.
• A culture of rapid AI experimentation is fostered.

Essential Job Duties

• AI Adoption and Implementation: Deeply understand team workflows to build automations that eliminate manual, repetitive, and slow processes. This is a hands-on role involving prompt engineering, agent configuration, and workflow automation.
• Culture and Fluency: Evangelize AI across Mavens, making wins visible, building excitement, and fostering a culture of proactive AI adoption.
• Tool Adoption and Training: Drive fluency and adoption of core AI tools. Partner with the training team to develop content, templates, and playbooks. Reduce friction by demonstrating tangible and immediate value.
• Measurement and Iteration: Track adoption, time savings, and quality improvements. Report on successes, failures, and high-value opportunities.
• Standards Handoff to Quality: Partner with the Head of Quality to translate successful AI workflows into delivery methodologies and engagement standards.
• Expert Advisory: Share internal and external expertise, guiding Mavens engineering and delivery teams on AI leverage in products and advising customers on AI opportunities, implementation, and guardrails.

What You Bring To Mavens (Required)

• Deep understanding of core AI concepts and technical foundations, including how Large Language Models (LLMs) work.
• Extensive experience leveraging AI tools like Claude (Cowork, Code, etc.) and automating workflows.
• A passion for AI innovation, with a continuous habit of experimenting with new releases and tools.
• Hands-on technical fluency with AI tools such as prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agent configuration.
• Strong change management instincts and natural evangelism skills; ability to make AI exciting and approachable for all team members.
• Clear communication skills, able to translate technical capabilities into plain-language value for non-technical audiences.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without a predefined playbook.
• Ability to operate effectively across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to practice leads.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is:

• San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $144,000—$215,000 USD annually
• All Other US Locations: $125,000—$185,000 USD annually

Komodo Health operates a hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago. While some roles are remote-first, others may be scoped to specific regions or based near our hubs. We prioritize clear expectations regarding work arrangements before joining.
