The Opportunity: Workshop Coordinator
We’re seeking a Workshop Coordinator to join our Fairfield branch on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, parts, and processes to keep service operations running smoothly.
You’ll schedule service activities, manage WIP, support accurate invoicing, coordinate parts and contractors, and ensure customers receive timely updates. Working closely with Technicians, the Service Supervisor, Parts Managers, Admin and Sales, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality service outcomes across the branch.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your capability across customer service, administration, and operational coordination while contributing to a strong, supportive team.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience in coordination and scheduling and or diary management.
- Experience with SAP, OneView or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage WIP.
- Confidence working with internal teams and external customers.
