The Opportunity

Are you ready to leverage your customer focus, planning skills, and operational expertise in a role central to our operations? We are seeking a Customer Projects Coordinator to serve as the crucial link between our customers and internal teams. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently, projects remain on schedule, and customer expectations are consistently met. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, orchestrate complex order fulfillment, and collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to achieve excellent DIFOT performance and outstanding customer outcomes. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a visible impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
  • Coordinating requirements for shutdowns and critical orders.
  • Analyzing order data to identify potential risks, emerging trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of order and project management processes.
