About the Role
As the Product Manager, Payments at KOHO, you will manage our payment rails, lead strategy for new payment methods like Real-Time Rail, and harness AI tools to elevate product velocity. This role is remote for candidates based in Canada and reports to the VP, Product.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage & optimize existing payment rails (Interac, EFT, Card, etc.).
- Lead discovery and implementation of new payment methods including RTR.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor) for drafting technical specs and prototyping.
- Define a long-term strategic payments roadmap balancing compliance and user experience.
Who You Are
- AI native and technically proficient with hands-on experience in the terminal.
- Expert in the Canadian payments landscape (ISO 20022, RTR, Interac, etc.).
- High agency, capable of independently unblocking issues with data and prototypes.
- Strategic thinker with strong unit economics and market analysis skills.
