About the Role
The Fraud Investigator role is remote and based in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Identity Fraud, you will protect customers from organized bad actors and financial crime.
What You’ll Do
- Identify fraudulent accounts and disrupt bad actor activities.
- Handle inbound fraud notifications and conduct detailed investigations.
- Communicate directly with users who are fraud victims.
- Develop new investigative methods and process improvements.
- Liaise with law enforcement and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective fraud management.
Who You Are
You bring 3 to 5 years of fraud investigation experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in French and advanced skills in Excel or SQL are assets, as are designations such as CFE, CAMS, CFA, or CFCS.
