Event Sales Representative - Summer Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. This role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities during the summer season.
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission.
Schedule: Now-October 31st, Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm, minimum 20 up to 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness during events.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and communicate product benefits.
- Foster positive relationships with gas station staff for successful events.
- Handle customer information confidentially.
