Sales Representative Role

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be educating and offering Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Compensation

$17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard at the store and kiosk.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s product.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Engage customers using creative approaches and share product benefits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
