Overview
Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals for a Financial Sales Representative role. In this role, you will educate and offer Financial Products on behalf of an iconic Canadian brand, with a competitive base wage and commission structure.
Compensation
Base pay rate protection guarantee of $17.20/hr + commission.
Role Responsibilities
- Educate customers on credit card features and benefits at store/kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring positive experiences.
- Engage customers creatively to highlight product benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.

- Outgoing and personable with strong interaction skills.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
