Overview

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals for a Financial Sales Representative role. In this role, you will educate and offer Financial Products on behalf of an iconic Canadian brand, with a competitive base wage and commission structure.

Compensation

Base pay rate protection guarantee of $17.20/hr + commission.

Role Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on credit card features and benefits at store/kiosk.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring positive experiences.
  • Engage customers creatively to highlight product benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.

Keys to Success

  • Outgoing and personable with strong interaction skills.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to deliver key messages with clarity.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is a plus.
