Event Sales Representative (Summer Position)

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is looking for outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives.

Compensation: $17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

Schedule:April 1st - October 31st. Opportunity to transfer in-store after the contract ends.

Weekly Schedule:

  • Program 1: Shifts scheduled Monday-Sunday between 10am-7pm. Minimum 3 days/week available.
  • Program 2: Shifts scheduled Thursday-Sunday between 10am-7pm.
  • Hours vary from 20 up to 40 hours per week based on availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers about the benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness during events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive attendee experiences.
  • Engage customers using creative approaches and communicate product benefits.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff.
  • Handle customer information with confidentiality.
