About the Event Sales Representative Role

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. This summer position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis. The role involves working in pairs, engaging directly with consumers, and representing one of Canada’s most trusted and iconic brands.

Compensation and Schedule

Compensation: $17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee plus commission.

Schedule: April 1st - October 31st. Two program options are available with flexible shift schedules ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week depending on availability.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and financial products.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness during events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
  • Use creative approaches to engage and inform customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with gas station staff.
  • Handle customer information confidentially.
