Position Overview
As a Threat Intelligence Specialist at Kodex, you will address critical global law enforcement inquiries and work across cultural, language, and timezone barriers. Your role involves conducting accurate and timely assessments, managing high-priority cases, and supporting broader team operations during coverage windows.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical Case Management: Respond to high-priority, time-sensitive requests while upholding protocols.
- Information Analysis: Investigate, analyze, and validate data for consistency.
- Global Engagement: Communicate effectively across domestic and international channels.
- Support Operations: Assist in planned global initiatives and additional casework.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research to produce clear, well-documented outcomes.
- Task Prioritization: Manage requests as a primary responsibility with flexibility.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in operations, research, or an intelligence-focused role. Applicants should have excellent communication and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to work independently across time zones. Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern operational platforms is essential.
