Core Skills and Experience

• Professional Experience: 5+ years in software engineering.
• Python: Decent knowledge of Python.
• Architecture: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize clean, scalable architectures with a holistic understanding of the system's big picture. Skilled in designing robust solutions, formulating and solving complex problems, evaluating and benchmarking various architectures.
• APIs: Experience with GraphQL and REST.
• Prompt Engineering: Basic knowledge in prompt engineering.
• Code Analysis: Proficiency with code parsers, Abstract Syntax Trees (AST), and related technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills. Smart and gets things done attitude.
• Product Mindset: Ability to work closely with founders, with a pragmatic approach and readiness to iterate quickly.
• Learning: Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, read, and evaluate whitepapers and state-of-the-art tech.
• Ownership: Strong sense of ownership and passion for the work.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote team.

Nice to Have

• Databases: Experience with vector databases and embeddings, as well as knowledge graphs and graph databases.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Technologies: Experience with Langchain and LangGraph.
• LLMs: Experience with large language models (LLMs) and related software engineering, preferably open-source models.
• Legacy Code: Passion for helping enterprise legacy software developers and building a world-class toolset using LLMs and Knowledge Graphs.
• Dev Tools and B2B Products: Experience in developing developer tools and B2B on-premises products.
• Startup Experience: Ideally, experience working in early-stage startups.
