The Infrastructure Automation Team acts as an enabler for Infrastructure capabilities, focusing on automating the provisioning, configuration, and management of IT resources like servers, networks, firewalls, and voice systems. This role aims to reduce manual intervention, minimize errors, and accelerate deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for provisioning servers, voice, and network resources.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Automate configuration of operating systems, middleware, and application environments.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards through automated checks.
- Build automated health checks and self-healing mechanisms for infrastructure.
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs through automation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows.
- Train team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with SMEs and participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, story point estimation).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience of 10-15 years in Infrastructure technologies like Servers, Network, Firewall and voice systems.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab).
- Good understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).
