About Koala Health and the Program Manager Role

At Koala Health, our mission is to simplify and delight pet health management. Our innovative pharmacy service delivers pet medications and supplements directly to your door. We are now expanding our suite of products and services, and the Program Manager will be a key driver in our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will focus on two areas of responsibility:

• Own first year partner relationships to implement growth programs.
• Lead rollout of new growth programs with established partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for consistent initiative delivery.
• Develop scalable processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Build strong relationships with practice leaders and staff.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Successful candidates will have:

• 5+ years in program management or operations, ideally in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Proven success in managing operational initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• A bias toward action in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
