The Opportunity
As Knowtex scales its partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Clinical Implementation Specialist will be key in rolling out the technology nationwide. This role plays an essential part in training, troubleshooting, and championing technological adoption among VA clinicians, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
What You'll Do
Clinical Training & Education (40%)
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for diverse VA clinicians.
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and host virtual office hours.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and adapt training methods as needed.
Clinical Workflow Support & Advisory (30%)
- Serve as a clinical liaison for VA clinicians and Site POCs.
- Conduct workflow assessments and offer specialty-specific guidance.
- Support clinical quality by addressing concerns and reviewing AI-generated notes.
Implementation Support & Adoption (25%)
- Offer clinical presence during site go-lives and post-training check-ins.
- Monitor activation rates and execute targeted outreach.
- Document and report successful adoption strategies.
Data Collection & Reporting (5%)
- Track training and clinical metrics for continuous improvement.
- Prepare utilization summaries and participate in business reviews.
Who You Are
This role requires a licensed clinical professional (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with ≥3 years of direct patient care. The ideal candidate has experience in clinical training, healthcare IT implementation, and a strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems. Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt training for varied technical proficiencies are key.
