Role Overview
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding our services. Your role is crucial in efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and providing accurate information with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound calls promptly and professionally using established call scripts.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain high service standards with empathy, patience, and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with electron health record software and other relevant applications (Athena preferred).
Hours & Schedule
Hours of Operation: 8:30 - 5pm PST, Monday-Friday.
