We are knowmad mood! Our Project Manager Technology Community is continuously growing, and we are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Data & Analytics. This role involves leading several strategic initiatives in parallel within an Agile/hybrid environment, requires a high level of English, and offers a 100% remote work format within Spain.
The Project Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, financial control, and ensuring deliverables. This position acts as a critical reference point between business and technology, ensuring governance, transparency, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Data & Analytics projects: scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Define, maintain, and review project plans, roadmaps, and delivery cadences.
- Provide financial visibility for projects: budget, costs, forecasts, and controls.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, manage dependencies, and anticipate risks/incidents.
- Balance priorities by managing multiple parallel projects.
- Communicate clearly and effectively the status, risks, and key decisions to business and technology stakeholders.
- Align stakeholders, build consensus, and facilitate decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (plannings, dailies, reviews, retros) and ensure correct utilization of tools and metrics.
- Apply solid Project Management methodologies, standards, and practices.
- Conduct structured follow-up on actions, risks, and dependencies.
What we are looking for
- +5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in technology or Data & Analytics projects.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Experience in application development and/or software implementation.
- Experience in project financial management (budget, variations, forecasts).
- High level of English required (C1).
You will work in a collaborative environment for an important client in the health sector.
