We are knowmad mood! Our Project Manager Technology Community is continuously growing, and we are looking to incorporate an IT Project Manager Software with a technical background in software development. This role involves leading various strategic initiatives in parallel within an Agile environment, with a 100% remote work format (Spain). Occasional attendance at our Madrid offices will be required.

The IT Project Manager Software will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, financial control, and ensuring deliverables. This position acts as a critical reference point between business and technology, guaranteeing governance, transparency, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the organization, development, and continuous control of the project, supervising adherence to established programs and initial objectives.
• Develops the work plan and prepares periodic progress reports.
• Ensures effective communication with end-users/clients and oversees communication at lower levels.
• Identifies problems, develops solutions, and recommends actions.
• Guarantees the quality of final products.
• Proposes the approval of established project milestones to the client, requesting their involvement if necessary for handling extraordinary matters.
• Proposes the participation of functional experts.
• Plans and organizes user training.
• Directs the preparation of proposals or offers and informative system presentations.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial, etc.), or a Bachelor's/Architect's degree in the field of Engineering, Sciences, and Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• PMP Certification (valued but not mandatory).
• Experience in software development projects.
