Knowles Corporation is seeking a Data Analytics Business Partner to drive data-driven transformation. In this high-impact, business-facing role, you will connect data to action by collaborating with leaders from Analytics, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Executive teams. You will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring data insights shape strategy and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and champion data-driven thinking.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Translate challenges into data requirements and actionable insights using BI tools like Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Data Visualizer, and Power BI.
  • System & Process Expertise: Optimize business processes using Oracle eBusiness Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Insight Communication: Simplify complex data into clear stories and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Technical Enablement: Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud to support integration.
  • Advocacy & Training: Promote data literacy and provide training on analytics tools.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field with 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools, ETL, and data visualization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
