The Role

As an Operations Coordinator on the Centre Management team, you will oversee a shopping centre hub consisting of 6 neighbourhood centres based in Clemton Park. You will work closely with a lead national retail landlord to deliver exceptional management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing and implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular building inspections including common areas and plant rooms.
  • Assist with capital and operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain an accurate plant and equipment asset register and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor works to ensure high quality and minimal disruption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, strata managers, and contractors.
  • Assist with financial management including managing budgets, procurement, work orders, coding, and invoicing.
