Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in an administration or personal assistant role, preferably in the property industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to create and implement organized systems, manage workflow, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client liaison and documentation drafting.

The Role

As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will be central to the office operations, ensuring seamless information flow and providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support. Moreover, you will support the Operations team in delivering exceptional service and efficiency across the business.

  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Process internal and external accounts and liaise with the Accounts Department.
  • Provide general administrative assistance including photocopying, typing, faxing, scanning, collating, binding, mailouts, and arranging couriers.
  • Respond to tenant service requests promptly and build strong onsite relationships.
  • Offer marketing support for centres including assistance with promotional materials.
