About the Designer Role

How do brands stand out and create strong identification? At KMS TEAM, as a Designer you will convert strategic goals into compelling design. You will work closely with strategy and communication teams to develop unique brand visuals.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop design ideas and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with strategy and communication teams.
• Create layouts, presentations and design materials.
• Manage subprojects with guidance from design directors.
• Contribute to creative-conceptual solution development.
• Oversee production processes and set creative requirements.
• Create visual and presentation assets.

Your Ideal Profile

• University degree in communication design or similar.
• At least two years experience in brand and corporate design.
• Strong conceptual and design skills.
• Interest in complex creative brand development projects.
• Understanding the value of design in a business context.
• Professional presence with high quality standards.
• Structured, goal-oriented and reliable work style.
• Team spirit and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under stress and strong English skills both written and spoken.
