About the Role - Planning Assistant

As a Planning Assistant, you will support strategic planning through sales, sizing, and regional analysis reporting. You will work closely with planning and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock allocation at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run regular reporting and interpret insights for next steps.
  • Prepare seasonal planning documents for financial planning.
  • Conduct size curve analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze country/region performance and suggest strategic actions.
  • Produce post seasonal reports and support review processes.
  • Assist with fixture planning and key reporting tasks.
  • Present analysis confidently in meetings.
  • Utilize product attribute reporting to drive sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of apportionment and replenishment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Applications.
  • Qualification in Commerce, Business or related field is advantageous.
  • A desire to learn and grow professionally.
