Position Overview

The Franchise Sales and Marketing Manager is a dynamic, experienced professional focused on expanding the Burn Boot Camp franchise footprint. This role requires leading a team of sales associates, deploying comprehensive sales strategies, developing and managing CRM systems, and executing effective marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.

Accountabilities

  • Lead franchise candidate journey and manage sales associates
  • Drive franchise development marketing and manage ROI on budgets
  • Forecast unit commitment signings and market planning
  • Maintain compliance with Franchise Disclosure laws

Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership, set clear goals, delegate effectively, and monitor performance. Collaborate across teams and support special initiatives.

Franchise Sales Direction: Oversee franchise sales team, evaluate candidates per underwriting criteria, manage existing partner relationships, and drive unit growth.

Franchise Marketing: Lead efforts for qualified lead generation, manage marketing budgets, and work with Burn Marketing and Burn Media Co for campaign deployment and measurement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Franchise Sales
  • Strong knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Document components
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and lead pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills
  • Ability to manage travel up to 50% domestically
  • Certified Franchise Executive is a plus
