You will join a team of 50 collaborative professionals, supported daily by experienced colleagues who are eager to welcome you.

Your Missions as an Experienced SysOps Administrator

Within Klee Group's DSI, you will join the Operations team responsible for setting up and operating our clients' platforms. Your main missions will include:

• Platform Exploitation: Ensuring operational conditions, supervision, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, performance monitoring, conducting audits, and optimizing client platforms.
• Critical Application Operations: Managing the exploitation of critical applications to ensure their reliability and performance.
• Livable Documentation: Writing essential documents such as Technical Architecture Documents (DAT), Exploitation Documents (DEX), and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plans (PRA/PCA).
• New Environment Setup: Installation, acceptance testing, defining disaster recovery plans, and comprehensive documentation (DAT, DEX, PRA).
• Component Implementation: Implementing new components or services in compliance with ISO-20000 standards and ITIL best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Acting as a technical expert for specific technologies managed by the operations department.

You will also be required to perform on-call duties (astreintes).

Your Profile

You hold a Bac + 4 degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations. You are eager to progress in a heterogeneous and multi-skilled environment where you will discover a wide range of tools and technologies. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you have a strong sense of service, are dynamic, and autonomous. You demonstrate rigor in implementing solutions.

Knowledge of the following technical environments would be a significant advantage:

• Container/Application Servers (Apache/PHP, PHP-FPM, Apache Tomcat, WildFly, Oracle Weblogic, .Net)
• Databases (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL)
• Supervision (Centreon)
• Configuration Automation and Deployers (Ansible)
