Security Intelligence and Reporting Analyst

Overview

Klaviyo is seeking a Security Intelligence and Reporting Analyst who will bridge security reporting with day-to-day security detection and response operations. Located in London, UK on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), this role is part of the Security Strategy and Governance (SSG) team ensuring customer, partner, and employee safety by providing robust and secure technology solutions.

About The Team

The SSG team works across Global Security Services, Global Technology Solutions, and other internal functions to develop refined information security strategies, create metrics and reports, and align global security initiatives with the CISO vision.

About The Role

This role is a conduit between security reporting and operational security detection and response. Key responsibilities include designing and managing data analytics dashboards, triaging and enriching security detections, and collaborating with various teams to support threat detection, incident response, and security intelligence.

• Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage source-of-truth dashboards and automated reports.
• Security Intelligence: Triage, respond, and investigate cyber threats and incidents.
• Program Leadership: Identify risks, support strategic initiatives, and align on business metrics.
