Role Overview
The Product Manager International SMS role is for a builder with sharp product sense and technical proficiency. You will own work from vision to execution for expanding Klaviyo's SMS and RCS offerings internationally while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and define success for a large, complex product area.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and other PMs to build and execute roadmaps.
- Enhance product craft and customer experiences by leveraging deep technical understanding.
- Monitor international regulations and compliance to adapt the product as needed.
- Engage with customers to build empathy and incorporate insights into strategy.
Who You Are
You have 1-3 years of product management experience in B2B or eCommerce, strong technical intuition, and a passion for data-informed decision-making. Experience with AI projects is a plus.
Additional Information
This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Boston office. Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and location.
