Mission Context Within the framework of a large-scale international IT transformation program, you will be involved in a department responsible for the development and operational maintenance of critical customer-facing applications. You will support the monitoring of application service quality, in close collaboration with business and IT teams, to ensure system performance, service reliability, and continuous process improvement. Your Missions **Pilotage & Performance**- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of OKRs, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Identification of trends, root causes, and impacts (especially financial).
- Contribution to continuous improvement and prevention initiatives.
- Transverse coordination between IT and business teams.
- Facilitation of project communication and steering committees.
- Support for IT contractual managers.
- Production of steering and transformation support materials.
- Formalization of operating procedures.
- Management of collaborative spaces (SharePoint or equivalent).
- International program with distributed teams.
- Occasional travel in Europe (approximately every 2 months).
- Significant experience in PMO / IT transformation.
- Experience in a complex international environment is a plus.
- Aptitude for project communication topics is appreciated.
- Languages: French and English required daily (meetings, exchanges, documentation).
- Mastery of ITIL and Agile frameworks (SAFe).
- Performance piloting (KPI, OKR, SLA).
