Position Overview

The Human Capital Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiting Analyst will join KKR's Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting team in Boston, MA. This role supports campus hiring evolution with meticulous interview process execution, management of the 10-week Summer Internship Program, and recruitment event planning. The position requires excellent organization, self-motivation, resilience, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. An innovative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement are key.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement recruiting strategies across KKR Asset Management, Insurance, and Business Operations.
  • University & External Partnerships: Build relationships with universities, faculty, student groups, and partner organizations.
  • Campus Event Management: Plan and execute recruitment events, including dinners, coffee chats, in-office programs, and career fairs.
  • Summer Internship Program Management: Oversee orientation, training, and event planning for the internship program.
  • Interview Process Management: Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer extension processes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating KKR's value proposition.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across Asset Management, Insurance, Business Operations, and other departments.
  • Talent Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for various recruitment programs.
  • Data, Reporting & Metrics: Maintain the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and report on key metrics.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Provide market insights on campus talent, school sentiment, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

1 – 3 years of full-time experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Human Capital (Talent Acquisition), or Higher Education (Admissions/Career Services). Must be willing to travel (about once per week during peak recruiting seasons) and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. Familiarity with new technologies and the ability to handle sensitive information is essential.
