Position Summary

The EXP - AI Product Manager will drive development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI and ML solutions. This role requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, Python programming, and integration of AI models into operational systems. The role emphasizes building scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions that enhance business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI framework components for enterprise use.
  • Integrate Large Language Models and research augmented generation platforms.
  • Architect and implement scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless AI integration.
  • Optimize model performance via hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines for AI agents deployment with observability features.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and uphold ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 10+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI and software engineering; strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with cloud platforms; solid data structures and algorithm knowledge; database/SQL skills.

Preferred: Experience with financial datasets, familiarity with MLOps practices, and strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
