We are seeking a Linkbuilding SEO Specialist to join our in-house SEO team. This role focuses on strategic products across B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and Content projects. You will work closely with Product SEO specialists, manage significant budgets, and leverage modern approaches like AI and GEO to enhance the authority of our resources in the Ukrainian market.

What you will do

• Develop and implement linkbuilding strategies in collaboration with Product SEO specialists.
• Search, deeply analyze, and select platforms for link placement (checking for spam, penalties, traffic quality).
• Communicate with webmasters and organize link placement (Outreach, Guest Posting, PR).
• Regularly monitor link profiles, control indexing, and manage budget expenditures.
• Conduct competitor analysis: identify their link sources and adapt best practices.
• Formulate technical tasks for copywriters or independently prepare anchor lists and texts using AI.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Linkbuilder / SEO Specialist with a focus on the Ukrainian market.
• Strategic vision and ability to build an external SEO strategy in line with business goals.
• **AI:** Confident proficiency in LLMs for content generation, pitch preparation, and data analysis; understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) concepts.
• **Tools:** Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs, Serpstat, Majestic, or similar tools for backlink profile analysis.
• **Budgeting:** Experience in effective allocation and control of large linkbuilding budgets.
• **Analytics:** Ability to work with key metrics, analyze the market, and demonstrate the impact of links on business growth points.
• **Excel / Google Sheets:** Confident in structuring, processing, and analyzing data.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with specialized outreach tools.
• Understanding of principles for automating routine processes (no-code solutions).
• Understanding of PBN principles.
• Successful case studies (with before/after metrics).
