What You Will Do

• Lead and administer Microsoft Active Directory in a complex enterprise environment, overseeing its evolution.
• Manage Exchange and Exchange Hybrid (on-premises and Exchange Online) platforms, ensuring high reliability, robust security, and seamless integration.
• Design, operate, and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including comprehensive certificate lifecycle management.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 / Entra ID identity services, defining roles and access models.
• Implement and support ADFS / SSO and federation scenarios for both internal and external applications.
• Guarantee secure access control, authentication, and authorization across all organizational platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with network, platform, and application teams on critical identity-related integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for identity and messaging architectures and operational best practices.

Qualifications And Experience Needed

• Strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, encompassing architecture, trusts, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and advanced troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with Exchange (on-premises) and Exchange Hybrid configurations.
• Solid practical experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including Root/Issuing Certificate Authorities (CAs), templates, and Certificate Revocation List (CRL)/Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP).
• Production experience working with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID in complex hybrid environments.
• Practical knowledge of ADFS / SSO, federation, and claims-based authentication protocols.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration within enterprise-level environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and act as a technical lead.
• English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
