About the Role
Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide business analysis services and develop Power BI reports. This role involves understanding customer and business needs in close cooperation with business units.

What You Will Do
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes and customer needs, ensuring analytics information is communicated across all company levels.
- Support the implementation of business solutions by collaborating with commercial stakeholders and delivering analytical insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Participate in reporting systems automation initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience Needed
- Degree in Economics, Cybernetics, Finance, Marketing, or Management from a reputable university.
- Excellent skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI; knowledge of other business intelligence tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems and act with impact to address business challenges.
- Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a profound understanding of business processes.
