Enterprise Architect at Kiwibank
Join our growing Digital & Technology Team at Kiwibank, based in Wellington and Auckland. We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Architect to shape and communicate our long-term Digital & Technology strategy.
This role connects business goals, product roadmaps, and technology investments into a unified, actionable enterprise blueprint. You will design current, target, and transition states across people, processes, and technology to ensure a future-fit and efficient architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic architectural initiatives and technology investment decisions.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Engage with stakeholders and communicate architectural visions.
- Explore agile delivery and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with flow metrics and value stream mapping.
- Understanding of responsible AI, digital inclusion, and green IT strategies.
- Strong market awareness and trend analysis capabilities.
