Your Mission as Growth and CRM Manager at KITRO

KITRO is seeking an experienced Growth and CRM Manager (Mid/Senior level) to significantly scale our marketing and sales engine, with a strong emphasis on inbound growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, managing and optimizing the full funnel from traffic acquisition to lead conversion, while taking ownership of our CRM system. This position is ideal for a candidate with extensive hands-on experience and expertise who is eager to take on greater responsibility and ownership, ultimately driving measurable impact.

Responsibilities

The Growth and CRM Manager will be responsible for two key areas:

Growth:

  • Manage demand-generation and lead-capture initiatives across the full inbound funnel.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across paid media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), in collaboration with the Brand & Content Manager.
  • Identify and test emerging acquisition channels (e.g., Reddit) to diversify lead sources.
  • Own website conversion rate optimization—running experiments on landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys to maximize lead capture.
  • Create frameworks for budget allocation, channel evaluation, and performance tracking.

CRM:

  • Own HubSpot as our primary source of truth: overseeing architecture, data quality and governance, automation workflows, and scalability.
  • Manage integrations with ad platforms, analytics tools, and sales systems to ensure seamless data collection and attribution.
  • Own newsletter strategy and execution, managing audience segmentation and performance optimization.
  • Lead new CRM initiatives (e.g., scoring models).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, translating data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the go-to support and training resource for internal HubSpot users.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or CRM roles (B2B preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and good practical knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, attribution platforms).
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Independence, proactivity, growth mindset, and desire to find improvements.
