Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of content-driven marketing initiatives for Kith, driving brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and commercial impact. This role owns the end-to-end storytelling across campaigns, launches, editorial, and partnerships, translating Kith’s brand DNA into narratives that drive performance.
This senior leadership role within the Content Marketing team partners with Creative, Product, Merchandising, Retail, and Partnerships teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Content & Marketing Strategy, the role manages and mentors a high-performing team of content and marketing leaders.
Responsibilities
- Content & Marketing Strategy: Own content marketing strategy and framework execution for seasonal launches and partnerships.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers, strategists, copywriters, and creatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Press, Product, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, and Experiential teams.
- Execution & Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end execution of content initiatives, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery.
- Insights, Performance & Optimization: Utilize audience insights and data to refine content strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or editorial leadership, with a deep understanding of fashion, culture, and lifestyle. Strong strategic thinking, leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects are required.
