We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud platforms that power Kiteworks’ products across AWS and Azure. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability, advance Site Reliability Engineering practices, and build automation, observability, and CI/CD systems that support a fast-moving and scalable development environment.

- Drive Site Reliability Engineering practices including SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, incident management, post-incident reviews, capacity planning, and continuous reliability and cost optimization initiatives.
- Establish and manage observability, CI/CD, and automation frameworks leveraging tools such as Jenkins and GitLab, while enforcing security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Provide program-level leadership by managing cross-functional initiatives, defining roadmaps and OKRs, tracking delivery milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and driving execution through Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools such as Jira.
- Own program management for Cloud Operations initiatives, aligning Cloud Ops, SRE, and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable platform improvements, reliability programs, and operational tooling through structured planning, tracking, and execution.
- Maintain secure cloud environments by enforcing access controls, monitoring, and configuration management aligned with ISO 27001 and data protection requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a similar infrastructure-focused role supporting production systems.
- Experience designing and operating scalable, highly available cloud platforms in AWS and/or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments, including deployment and operational management.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins, with familiarity in GitOps practices and Argo CD.
