The Role
As a Content Marketing Manager - Social Media Lead Gen at Kit, you will bridge creative storytelling with measurable business outcomes. You will own Kit's social media strategy and execution, develop engaging content, and drive qualified lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X. The role is structured as 60% execution, 30% strategy, and 10% internal collaboration. This position is ideal for an established creator with hands-on experience in growing social media channels and converting engagement into leads.
Your Support System
You will report to the Head of Marketing, Christina Lhi, and join an 8-person team, including various senior marketing professionals. You will have direct access to Kit's creator community and customer success stories to fuel authentic content creation.
What You Will Do
First Week: Analyze current social presence and conduct competitive analysis. Attend introductory meetings with Marketing, Product, and Creator Success teams, and familiarize yourself with social media tools and brand guidelines.
First Month: Complete a social media audit and develop platform-specific strategies. Shadow customer interviews and present a 90-day content calendar with clear KPIs.
First Six Months: Establish Kit as a trusted voice in the creator economy through innovative content. Drive measurable follower growth and implement social lead generation strategies. Launch at least one viral campaign to expand reach.
First Year: Position Kit as the go-to social media presence for creator marketing education. Directly support revenue goals with qualified lead generation and enhanced brand authority.
