The Opportunity

The Support Analyst, Ed Tech Applications reports to the KTX Manager, Ed Tech Applications. This role supports and maintains various ed tech data and application solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding, setup, configuration, documentation, vendor interaction, end-user support, training, and day-to-day system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead for planning, development, and support of ed tech applications.
  • Document system requirements, policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of existing ed tech applications.
  • Act as liaison with vendors to resolve application-related issues.
  • Identify improvements to enhance system reliability and reduce errors.
  • Build collaborative relationships with departments, faculty, and school leaders.
  • Prioritize and schedule support tasks and special projects.

Service Delivery

  • Adhere to IT application standards, SLAs, KPIs, and documentation norms.
  • Interpret requirements of academic and business stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Resolve service requests and incidents promptly.
  • Provide timely status updates and progress reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Two or more years of professional experience in IT or application support.
  • Experience in school district, non-profit, or government agency is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Google Workspace) are beneficial.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Alignment with KIPP Texas's mission and core values.
