The Opportunity

The Support Analyst, Ed Tech Applications reports to the KTX Manager, Ed Tech Applications. In this role, you will support and maintain a variety of ed tech data and application solutions, assist departments during onboarding and set-up, configure applications, document systems, interact with software vendors, and provide end-user support and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead for the implementation of ed tech applications.
  • Document system requirements, policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Build deep knowledge of applications to support internal customers.
  • Act as a technical liaison with software vendors for resolution of issues.
  • Identify improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with departments, faculty, school leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and schedule support activities and tasks.
  • Adhere to IT standards, SLAs, KPIs, and maintain effective communication.
  • Evaluate requirements from academic and business stakeholders for solution development.
  • Provide timely progress reporting and status communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Two or more years of professional IT or application support experience.
  • Experience in a school district, non-profit, or government agency is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Google Workspace preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
