The Opportunity
The Support Analyst, Ed Tech Applications, reports to the KTX Manager, Ed Tech Applications. This role supports and maintains various ed tech data and application solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding departments to new ed tech applications, configuring systems, documenting procedures, interacting with vendors, end-user support, training, and day-to-day system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for implementation, planning, development, and support.
- Document system requirements, policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Develop expertise in ed tech applications and internal business processes.
- Act as liaison with vendors to resolve application issues promptly.
- Identify improvements to prevent errors and enhance reliability.
- Manage support activities, prioritize tasks, and complete special projects.
Service Delivery
- Adhere to IT standards, SLAs, KPIs, and documentation protocols.
- Evaluate stakeholder requirements to implement effective solutions.
- Resolve application issues and service requests efficiently.
- Communicate service status and progress on projects regularly.
Qualifications
Skills: Effective performance in dynamic environments, strong work ethic, excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Must have technical diagnosis ability, experience with academic groups, and proficiency in creating technical documents.
Experience: Minimum two years in IT or application support; experience in a school district, non-profit, or government agency is a plus. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Google Workspace are desirable.
