Job Opportunity: Support Analyst, Ed Tech Applications
The Support Analyst, Ed Tech Applications reports to the KTX Manager, Ed Tech Applications. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining a variety of ed tech data and application solutions and performing tasks such as assisting in onboarding, system configuration, documentation, vendor interaction, end-user support, training, and day-to-day maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lead for planning, development, implementation and support of ed tech applications.
- Document system requirements, policies, procedures, training materials, and communication plans.
- Develop working knowledge of existing ed tech applications and provide high quality customer service.
- Act as technical liaison with ed tech vendors and resolve issues professionally.
- Identify improvements to resolve errors and enhance system reliability.
- Undertake knowledge management by maintaining current and relevant system information.
- Collaborate with departments, faculty, school leaders, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and schedule assigned support tasks and projects.
Service Delivery
- Adhere to IT application standards, SLAs, KPIs, and documentation practices.
- Evaluate and interpret requirements of academic & business stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Resolve application-related issues and service requests efficiently.
- Provide timely communication on service request status and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of professional experience in IT or application support.
- Experience in school districts, non-profits, or government agencies is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, Google Workspace, etc.) are advantageous.
- Strong planning, organizational skills, customer focus, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and work independently.
