Daily Challenges

• Film and appear in short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) for Kinguin Philippines
• Create trend-driven gaming and deal content aligned with Kinguin’s local voice
• Conduct street, campus, or community interviews with gamers
• Monitor TikTok trends, memes, and viral sounds
• Propose content ideas based on trends and audience insights
• Edit videos using mobile tools (CapCut, VN, InShot)
• Add strong hooks, captions, and trending audio
• Support scripting, captions, scheduling, and content planning
• Organize assets based on the weekly calendar
• Coordinate with the PH Marketing Team for timely campaign delivery
• Attend on-site planning meetings in Quezon City on a weekly or as-needed basis.

What You Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Arts and Letters, or a related field.
• Confident and natural on camera with strong presentation skills
• Comfortable approaching and interviewing strangers
• Familiar with popular PH games and active on TikTok or Instagram Reels
• Basic mobile video shooting and editing skills
• Strong writing skills and understanding of digital content best practices
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok trends
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Gamer with strong meme and trend awareness in the Filipino social media space
• Comfortable speaking Taglish
• Experience creating engaging social content

Recruitment Process

• People interview (45 minutes)
• Video Submission (shortlisted candidates will submit a 30-second TikTok-style video (e.g., favorite game intro, reacting to a gaming deal, or relatable gamer POV)
