Your Role and How You Will Contribute

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Data Engineer is responsible for updating and maintaining the organization’s data repositories using advanced ETL tools to cleanse raw data into client-ready formats. This role requires effective communication with various departments to understand user requirements and execute standard operational procedures with high precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manipulate and transform data sets using advanced ETL techniques.
• Create, maintain, and report on data repositories.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and quality control.
• Extract, transform, and load structured and unstructured data.
• Develop custom reports and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and related platforms.
• Analyze user requirements for reports, queries, and data extraction.
• Ensure data stability, quality and provide ongoing database support.
• Be flexible with shift timings including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Strong ETL and Business Intelligence experience.
• High attention to detail and data integrity focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools (Python, Power BI, SQL, SSMS, SSIS).
• Experience with VBA, RegEx, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and rapid learning capabilities.
