About the Role

The Payment and Fraud Analyst Remote Europe will join King Entertainment Corp's Social Casino project, a next-generation platform in the sweepstakes and online casino space. You will be part of a growing Fraud, Risk, and Payments team working closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure a safe, compliant, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review KYC and virtual account verification documents.
  • Support Customer Service with fraud, risk, and compliance cases.
  • Monitor player activity using real-time tools and internal systems.
  • Perform KYC checks on player account registrations.
  • Identify suspicious activity and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review and approve reward redemptions following risk assessments.
  • Conduct initial investigations and manage ad hoc disputes.
  • Handle account and transaction administration tasks related to fraud issues.
