About Quality Engineer at Kinetic Engine Systems

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will:
- Develop and analyze statistical and product/process performance data.
- Provide quality support to improve manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Implement and improve Quality Management Systems and documentation.
- Lead creation and maintenance of Quality Plans and Production Plan Approval processes.
- Develop and audit inspection/test plans, standards and work instructions.
- Facilitate investigations and elimination of quality problems with data-driven resolutions.
- Manage customer and supplier quality interface including contract reviews and compliance.
- Conduct MRB reviews and document nonconformance reports.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Promote a ‘Zero Defects’ & ‘Right First Time’ culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Duties
Additional responsibilities include participating in OPEX and CI activities, leading root cause and corrective action investigations, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and EH&S policies. Candidates must pay attention to customer requirement interpretation and comply with all outlined operational protocols.
