Manager Affiliate & Partnerships

Together with our consulting and planning teams, we conceptualize and manage campaigns and measures that efficiently help our global clients achieve their business goals. We are on a continuous growth trajectory – therefore, we are looking for a Manager Affiliate & Partnerships (all genders) for our dynamic team in Hamburg / Düsseldorf / Frankfurt a. M. starting immediately, full-time.
Your Day-to-Day:
You start your day by exchanging ideas with an experienced team of online performance specialists. Current learnings, new ideas, a quick look at KPIs – here, knowledge is shared and collective thinking drives progress.
- You will take over the operational and strategic management of our clients in Affiliate Marketing.
- You will analyze ongoing measures, identify potential, and ensure that programs perform – efficiently, cleanly, and goal-oriented.
After lunch, it's time for coordination:
- You will coordinate promotions and partners together with your clients, ensuring everyone works towards the same goal – from voucher publishers to content partners.
- You will communicate with affiliates – directly or via platforms such as AWIN, communicationAds, or financeAds.
- You will build relationships, place campaigns, and identify new, exciting partnerships.
- You will evaluate measures and reports, identify trends, and derive proactive recommendations. Your goal: not just to report, but to deliver real added value and provide strategic advice.
You work independently on new ideas:
- A new partner setup, a test with an innovative publisher, or an optimization project that delivers the next performance boost. You initiate projects, get them rolling, and actively develop your clients.
What You Bring:
- You convince us with your profound understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing models.
- You are very familiar with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., AWIN, communicationAds, financeAds).
- Furthermore, you have a comprehensive understanding of KPIs, tracking, attribution models, and commission logic.
- You are experienced in managing partners, budgets, and performance goals.
- Basic knowledge of adjacent performance channels (Search, Social, Display) is a plus.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
